Elmer the Safety Elephant Program:

The Elmer the Safety Elephant Program continues to be a very valuable program to teach children about pedestrian, bicycle and seat belt safety. The Chatham and Wallaceburg Kinsmen Clubs support this program. Program materials such as flags, posters, brochures, stickers and accident free plaques are supplied by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Assembly presentations are conducted and members from the Chatham Kent Block Parent Program attend each assembly and have an opportunity to promote the Chatham-Kent Block Parent Program.
