Five Search Warrants in Wallaceburg - Tuesday, December 01, 2009
Five Search Warrants Executed in Wallaceburg
Early this morning, the Chatham-Kent Police Service Intelligence Section, Critical Incident Response Team, and the RCMP Drug Team executed search warrants at five separate residences in Wallaceburg, Ontario. The warrants were executed at residences on Pond Road, Running Creek Drive, Oak Street, Agnes Street, and Wall Street resulting in eight arrests and 20 drug related charges.
Officers seized quantities of cocaine, marihuana, prescription medication, and proceeds of crime.
The total value of the seizure is approximately $30, 000.
The following people have been and arrested:
- Jason Peter ALLAER (31) of Pond Road in Wallaceburg has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
- Amanda Frances ALTIMAN (20) of Pond Road in Wallaceburg has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
- Eric Wayne TEMPLEMAN (32) of Running Creek Drive in Wallaceburg has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
- Chad Leonard TURNER (19) and Latasha Irma BROWNING (18) both of Oak Street in Wallaceburg have been charged with possession of property obtained by crime, two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
- Jason Tyler Gough (23) of Wall Street in Wallaceburg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
- Michael Victor PAOLONE (19) of Agnes Street in Wallaceburg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
- Michael John WELLS (24) of Agnes Street in Wallaceburg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
All eight have been released from custody with future court dates.
