Blenheim Man Arrested for Sexual Assault
The Chatham-Kent Police Criminal Investigations Branch arrested a man yesterday in connection with a historical sexual assault.
In September 2009 the victim contacted police and filed a report alleging that between 1982-1986 he was sexually assaulted by a man known to him. The victim was a youth at the time. Information about how they knew each other will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.
As a result of the investigation, Randy MUSYJ (49) of Wellington Street in Blenheim has been charged with one count of sexual assault. He was released from police custody with a future court date.
